01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and etbet (the "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the etbet website located at https://etbet.casa and all associated services, games, betting products, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any documents, policies, or rules referenced herein — including but not limited to ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

02Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below. These definitions apply throughout all etbet policies and communications unless otherwise specified.

03Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the etbet Platform, Users must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. etbet strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21. Submitting false age information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — is strictly prohibited.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of etbet or its affiliated entities.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or been excluded by etbet at any point prior to re-registration.
• Accurate Information: All registration details provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

04Account Registration & Security

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. This information will be used for account management, KYC verification, and fraud prevention purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. etbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify etbet support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

etbet reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

etbet supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform — typically instant for e-wallet withdrawals and up to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• Same Method Rule: etbet reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• No Deposit Fees: etbet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by payment providers (such as cryptocurrency network fees) remain the responsibility of the User.
• Currency: All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Currency conversion may apply for transactions initiated in other currencies, at rates determined by the relevant payment provider.

06Betting Rules & Wager Settlement

All bets placed on the etbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within each product section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the User. etbet reserves the right to decline any bet prior to confirmation without providing a reason.
• Odds Changes: In the event that odds are changed by etbet between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is accepted, the User will be notified and offered the option to accept or decline the revised odds.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in cases including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical error, manifest error in odds, or suspicious betting activity. In such cases, stakes are returned to the User.
• Mix Parlay: All Mix Parlay bets require all selected outcomes to be correct for the wager to win. A single void selection in a Mix Parlay results in that leg being removed and the parlay recalculated on remaining selections.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to additional rules and may be suspended or settled differently in the event of a delay, technical issue, or score data error during live coverage.
• Result Disputes: All event results are settled based on official sources. Disputes must be submitted to our support team within 30 days of settlement.

07Bonuses & Promotions

etbet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotional page (e.g., 30x, 40x).
• One Bonus Per Person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each User is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer only once. Attempts to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts will result in account suspension.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free bets expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without replacement.
• Abuse Prevention: etbet reserves the right to withold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.

08Responsible Gambling

etbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. We provide a range of tools to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. For comprehensive guidance, please visit our dedicated Responsible Gambling page.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Reminders: Users may configure time-based alerts that notify them of how long they have been actively using the Platform during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Any User who feels their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests will be processed by our support team promptly.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides automatic reality check prompts at configurable intervals to remind Users of elapsed session time and net win/loss position.

etbet strongly encourages any User experiencing difficulties with gambling to seek professional assistance. Gambling is intended as entertainment only — not as a financial strategy or source of income. 21+ only. Play responsibly.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the etbet Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to sporting events.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any such exploitation must be reported to etbet immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage, hedging across accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the etbet Platform, including but not limited to the etbet brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, design elements, text, graphics, and data, is the exclusive intellectual property of etbet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from etbet.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, etbet's total liability to any User in connection with the Platform and services — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

etbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if etbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. etbet makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

12Account Suspension & Termination

etbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or AML-related activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months.
• At the User's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance remaining (net of any applicable bonus amounts not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to the User's registered payment method following successful KYC verification. Bonus balances and associated pending winings are forfeited upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through etbet's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under procedures agreed in writing between the parties.

Nothing in this clause shall limit etbet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

14Amendments to These Terms

etbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, etbet will notify active Users via the email address registered to their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
